Returns & Exchanges
Most Cedar & Indigo pieces are one-of-a-kind vintage and/or hand-restored. Please read carefully before ordering.

Apparel (eligible for store credit):

• Return window: 7 days from delivery.

• Returns are for store credit only (no refunds).

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with our tag attached and in original condition.

Final Sale (no returns):

• Handbags & leather goods, accessories, jewelry, home goods, and any item marked Final Sale or discounted.

Condition & authenticity:

• If an item arrives damaged or not as described, email contact@cedar&indigo.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right. 

• We stand behind authenticity. If authenticity is ever in question, we’ll provide a full refund upon verification.

Fit help:

• Every listing includes detailed measurements. Please compare to a similar item you own. We’re happy to help with sizing before you order.

International orders:

• Final sale due to shipping/customs costs.
